Important: By placing an order, booking a shipment, or using our website/app, you fully agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility to Use Our Service

You must be at least 18 years old to book a shipment
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date sender & receiver details
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone without assigning any reason

2. Prohibited Items – We Do NOT Accept

The following items are strictly prohibited and will not be accepted for transport:

Explosives, fireworks, firearms, ammunition
Narcotics, drugs, tobacco products, alcohol
Live animals, birds, fish, insects
Perishable food items, liquids, corrosives, chemicals
Cash, gold, silver, diamonds, jewelry exceeding ₹50,000 in value
Counterfeit goods, illegal substances, pornographic material
Any hazardous, dangerous, or restricted goods as per Indian law

If prohibited items are found, the package will be rejected or handed over to authorities. No refund will be issued.

3. Sender's Responsibility

Pack items securely using strong boxes, bubble wrap, and proper taping
Provide accurate and complete pickup & delivery addresses (including pin code and phone number)
Be available during pickup and delivery windows
Pay all applicable charges (shipping, COD handling, taxes) at the time of booking
Declare correct value and contents of the shipment

4. Pickup & Delivery Timelines

Pickup will be attempted within 24–48 hours of booking confirmation
Delivery timelines depend on the service type and destination (usually 2–7 days)
We attempt delivery up to 2 times. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to sender at sender’s cost
Return charges will be borne by the sender

5. Pricing & Payment

Charges are based on weight, distance, service type, and applicable taxes
Additional charges may apply for remote areas, oversized/heavy packages, or special handling
Full payment must be made at the time of booking (online or COD collection)
COD (Cash on Delivery) service available up to ₹50,000 (extra COD handling fee applies)

6. Tracking & Notifications

AWB (Airway Bill) number will be provided immediately after pickup
Track your shipment online via our website or mobile app
SMS and email notifications sent on pickup, transit, and delivery

7. Liability for Loss or Damage

We are not liable for damage due to improper packing by the sender
Optional insurance is available (at extra cost) for higher-value shipments
Claims for loss/damage must be filed within 7 days of delivery with proof of value (invoice/receipt)
Maximum liability limited to the declared/insured value of the shipment

8. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation allowed before pickup – Full refund (minus convenience fee)
After pickup or processing – No refund

9. Our Rights & Limitations

We reserve the right to open and inspect any package for safety and compliance
We may change pricing, terms, or suspend services at any time without prior notice
We are not liable for delays caused by weather, strikes, customs, or government regulations
