Refund & Return Policy

1. Refund Possible Only If

• Order cancelled before pickup
• Payment made but pickup not done within 24 hours
• Service not available in your area

2. NO Refund If

• Package picked up
• In transit or out for delivery
• Wrong address provided by sender
• Packing defect or issue caused by sender

4. How to Request Refund

• Email us at support@aidicouriersolution.com within 2 hours of booking
• Mention: Order ID, AWB Number, Reason for cancellation
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days

5. Non-Refundable Charges

• GST & Government Taxes
• Convenience / Service Fee
• Insurance Charges (if opted)
• Failed delivery / Return charges (if applicable)

6. Return of Goods – Not Applicable

AIDI Courier Solution is a logistics & transportation service provider. We do not sell or supply goods. Therefore:

• Return of physical items is not supported by us
• We only transport shipments as per the sender’s instructions
• Any return request must be handled directly between sender and receiver
• Courier charges are non-refundable even if goods are returned by the receiver
• Reverse pickup (return shipping) can be booked separately at standard rates
• Return pickup is completed within 2–3 business days from the date of booking confirmation
